To protect patient privacy, we require either a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or fully redacted notes in accordance with HIPAA standards.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. FULLY REDACT all submitted notes. NAMAS is NOT liable for submitted PHI.

2. Determine the number of notes to be submitted, and select the appropriate option. (NOTE: Limit 5 per submission)

3. Submit payment and include the email address for the NAMAS team to submit feedback in the additional comments section at checkout. 

4. Upon payment, you will receive a link for uploading your files. Please ensure that your upload includes the encounter documentation along with the audit findings that are in dispute.

5. Each note will be reviewed, analyzed, and audited. 

6. Feedback will be delivered via return email, including specific findings related to the MDM column or time-based documentation and a detailed rationale. Additionally, the feedback will be crafted to provide clear, actionable insights suitable for physician review and improvement.

7. Calls to discuss the cases or further feedback or education would require the hourly services of the Consulting Support.

8. Second-opinion services require 3-5 business days for completion.
