We’ll focus on the role of the auditor and educator in evaluating whether the diagnoses support the level of service and paint a clear, accurate picture of the encounter. Through case examples and audit insights, you'll learn how to spot disconnects, clarify intent, and guide providers toward stronger documentation habits.
