This session will walk through how to audit HCC coding with a focus on documentation integrity, coding accuracy, and compliance with payer and regulatory standards. From identifying unsupported diagnoses to ensuring clinical validation, we’ll give auditors the tools they need to perform consistent, defensible reviews in both retrospective and prospective settings. If you're auditing risk-adjusted data, this is the session that bridges guidance with real-world audit impact.
